What does this mean?

OBD2 Code P0282 Ford definition:
Code P0282 Ford is triggered when the Power Train Control Module (PCM) detects a low voltage in the Fuel Injector #8 Circuit. During normal conditions the PCM turns the Fuel Injectors ON and OFF in the Fuel Injection System.
