Fuel Additive Control Problem

What does this mean?

OBD2 Code P2584 Honda definition:
The PCM monitors that the fuel additive control system operation. If the fuel additive control module detects the fuel additive control system malfunction and requests to PCM that the MIL turn ON. The PCM determines that the fuel additive control module requests the MIL to ON.

???Clear the DTC from the PCM memory using the M-MDS.
???Start the engine and warm-up to normal operating temperature.
???Run the vehicle under the FREEZE FRAME DATA stored condition.
???Retrieve the DTC using the M-MDS.

Yes
Inspect and repair or replace the fuel additive pump, then go to the next step.
No
Replace fuel additive control module, then go to the next step.
