What does this mean?

OBD2 Code P0151 Land Rover definition:
Essentially the same as P0136 Land Rover and P0137 Land Rover and P0131 Land Rover, a P0151 Land Rover code definition:the first oxygen sensor on Bank 2 . P0151 Land Rover means the O2 oxygen sensor’s voltage remained low for longer than 2 minutes. This, is interpreted by the ECM as a low voltage condition and sets the MIL. Bank 2 Sensor 1 is located in front of the catalytic converter.
