What does this mean?

OBD2 Code P1000 Lincoln definition:
The OBD monitors are performed during the OBD Drive Mode. The P1000 Lincoln will be stored in continuous memory if any of the OBD monitors do not complete their full diagnostic check.

Causes

Possible causes of OBD code P1000 Lincoln
? Vehicle is new from the factory ? Battery or PCM had recently been disconnected ? An OBD monitor failure had occurred before completion of an OBD drive mode ? The PCM DTCs have recently been cleared with a M-MDS ? The PCM has been flashed and the vehicle has not yet completed an OBD drive mode.
